Hisense has unveiled its 2025 UX TV range, headlined by Australia’s largest-ever consumer-grade TV, the 116-inch 116UX.

Alongside the 100-inch 100UX, both models showcase RGB-MiniLED technology, promising a cinema-quality experience at home.

The 116UX will launch at $39,999 RRP and the 100UX at $22,999, with both models arriving in Australian stores from September.

This marks a significant milestone for Hisense and the Australian market, introducing RGB-MiniLED technology, which is a leap beyond traditional MiniLED.

Unlike conventional models that use white light with colour filters, Hisense’s tech uses individual red, green, and blue MiniLEDs for superior brightness, contrast and colour precision.

The displays achieve up to 95% of the BT.2020 colour gamut and peak brightness of up to 8,000 nits on the 116UX.

As for audio, the 116UX features a built-in 6.2.2 CineStage X surround sound system, developed in partnership with Devialet and Opéra de Paris.

It leverages Dolby Atmos and spatial sound architecture to create immersive, room-filling audio. Visually striking side speakers complement the TV’s design, which measures just under 40mm thick.

Hisense’s Hi-View Engine X, Dolby Vision, IMAX Enhanced certification, and AI 4K upscaling round out the high-end specs, along with Anti-Reflection PRO and the VIDAA U9 smart platform.

“The 2025 UX Series is a fusion of scale, sophistication, and innovation,” said Kevin Ke, Hisense ANZ Managing Director. “With the launch of these TVs, we’re redefining big-screen luxury and home entertainment in Australia.”
