Google Nest Hub Max Release Date Revealed, Then Pulled
Google’s largest display yet, the Nest Hub Max, had been announced for a September 9 launch in the US, UK and Australia, before the date was quietly pulled from Google’s support page and replaced with a “coming soon” message instead.
The announcement was first spotted by Droid-Life on Google’s support page.
First announced at I/O 2019, the $229 Nest Hub Max comes with a larger 10-inch display compared to the standard 7-inch Nest Hub.
It also offers better stereo speakers with a 3-inch woofer and comes with a built-in camera, which acts a Nest cam with the ability to recognise a user’s face in order to show personalised results.
Another key feature is its ability to auto-adjust the display’s white balance for display and appearance when looking at images.
It can also control your smart home, has the ability to stream, and comes with Google Assistant capabilities.
