Alloys Named Fibaro Smart Home Master Distributor

Home automation and IoT manufacturer, Fibaro, has appointed Alloys its Australian Master Distributor, as it seeks to capitalise on growing local demand for smart homes.

The strategic agreement aims to expand Fibaro’s market presence via ‘value-added distribution.’

Deemed the best go-to-market approach for Fibaro, Alloys operates a non-traditional distribution model, with multi-state warehouses, showrooms, in-house training plus technical and sales support for SME re-sellers.

The distributor has showrooms in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane fully equipped with Fibaro technology, and specialists to offer personalised reseller demonstrations. (Book a demo here).

Fibaro asserts its smart home system has spread through six continents in just a few years, to become one of the world’s most advanced.

Johnny Corry, Director of Fibaro Australasia (NZ) claims there’s a “big market opportunity”, with the partnership set to stablise supply, increase accessibility and improve route to market.

“Fibaro products have developed to cover multiple communication platforms, from “Plug and Play” consumer to complex Professional Installation, and Alloys present the commercial competences and values to address the significant variations in how the channels expect to access, promote and supply through to the consumer,” remarks Corry.

Alloys CEO, Paul Harman, asserts its expanding relationship will focus on building Fibaro’s brand into the channel.
