EXCLUSIVE:Cygnett Undertake Major Sales Restructure, Former Sales Director Role Eliminated
Melbourne based accessory Company Cygnett has announced a restructure of their sales operation with the exit of their global sales director Adam Joyce.
According to Jason Carrington the CEO of the business that designs and manages the manufacturing of their products in Australia, the exit of Joyce who has worked for the Company for 8 years, has led to a restructure of their sales operation with the Company deciding not to replace him.
Joyce is listing himself on LinkedIn as Director and Go-To-Market Consultant at Design Fundamentals which appears to be a brand new business.

Following his exit Carrington has moved to restructure the business into domestic, Asia Pacific and global sales operations, with Scott Vandenburg now running the Australian customer group following his success in building out the Companies JB Hi Fi business.
John Lo Presti who also joined the Company 8 years ago is taking on a Business Development role with the Company looking to expand their product range into markets including Singapore, Philippines, New Zealand, Malaysia as well as other Asia Pacific Countries as well as into Europe.
Carrington told ChannelNews that “We are restructuring the Sales department to be more agile and efficient moving forward. We are looking to expand our range into new markets and channels whilst also looking to expand the range of categories and products within our portfolio”.
He said that future growth for the business will come from an expansion of retail outlets in Australia and via International channels”.
