Epson Launch New Full HD Projector with Chromecast

Epson has launched its new Full HD home projector with built-in Chromecast for A$1,599, available from authorised local retailers in September.

The new EH-TW5700 offers easy entertainment playback via an iPhone, iPad or Android mobile device via Google Chromecast.

A built-in Epson Smart Media Player also delivers voice-control and wireless streaming of over 4,000 apps without an external hub.

The new home projector pledges Full HD 1080p resolution, with up to 330 inches on “virtually any wall or screen.”

Colour brightness rests at 2,700 lumens, and 2,700 lumens white brightness with a contrast ratio up to 35,000:1.

Additional integrated smarts include Detail Enhancement and colour separation techniques for crispy, immersive images.

General upscaling also pledges to deliver a more seamless image quality, especially for fast-action or sports.

Gameplay is made more enjoyable via 21:9 ultra-wide mode and dark gamma uplift.

Audio output is available via Bluetooth or cable, however, the projector does include a 10W built-in speaker.
