ChiQ Wins Presidents Cup Gig With 85″ 8K TV

Chinese TV and appliance brand ChiQ who are about to release several new products at Australian retailers has been chosen as the TV brand for Golf’s Prestigious Presidents Cup.

ChiQ will showcase their new 85″ 8K TV at the event, the brand is also a sponsor at the Melbourne Formula One event.

The Presidents Cup is a series of golf matches between a team representing the United States and an International Team representing the rest of the world minus Europe, it draws major crowds and has a large TV audience.

Speaking at IFA 2019 ChiQ General Manager David Esler said that the Company is currently working with several retailers to launch a new range of TV’s as well as new appliances which include a new range refrigerator.

ChannelNews understands that the results will be displayed on ChiQ TV’s.

The 2019 Presidents Cup will be the 13th edition of the Presidents Cup golf competition, held at Royal Melbourne Golf Club in Melbourne, Victoria, from 12 to 15 December 2019.

Royal Melbourne has previously hosted the tournament in 1998, at which the International team had their only victory, and 2011. It is the only international venue to have held the tournament more than once.

The United States team is the defending champion, having won the 2017 tournament 19–11.
