Beyerdynamic’s Blue Byrd Neckband Earbuds Get Noise Cancellation

Despite the launch of its first true wireless earbuds last year, Beyerdynamic have continued the development of its original Blue Byrd neckband-style earbuds, introducing the 2nd generation Blue Byrd ANC, with the inclusion of active noise cancellation (ANC).

This feature is still quite rare when it comes to neckband-style buds, and will give users a claimed eight hours of playtime, however, turning the feature off could allow for up to 14 hours of playtime.

These earbuds also offer a transparency mode, allowing users to hear their surroundings, and a sidetone setting that allows a clearer audio of the user’s voice during calls.

These can also pair two devices simultaneously through the use of BlueTooth Multipoint, and the included USB cable allows for a lossless direct digital audio connection to a computer. However, it is limited to 16 bit/48kHz.
