Bang & Olufsen To Give Audio Products a Second Life
Bang & Olufsen has expanded its sustainability push with the launch of ‘Reloved’, a new circularity initiative designed to give its products a second life.
The Danish hi-fi brand’s new online platform offers customers the chance to purchase authenticated, refurbished and certified Bang & Olufsen originals, complete with up to a three-year warranty.
Each piece undergoes a detailed process of trade-in, inspection, restoration and certification before being graded by condition and then listed for sale.
The first Reloved collection features five handpicked models chosen for their design legacy and the availability of authentic spare parts: Beoplay P2, Beoplay A2, Beosound Edge, Beosound 3000 and Beogram 2000.

Initially launching across the EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland, the programme will roll out to additional markets including Australia in 2026, with monthly product releases already planned.
For system integrators and installers, Reloved offers a new channel opportunity to include certified legacy pieces in custom projects, aligning with growing client interest in sustainable and circular design systems.
The move builds on B&O’s long tradition of refurbishing and repairing products dating back to the 1960s, but it represents the company’s first brand-led approach to extending product life cycles at scale.
