Aussie Broadband Automate Enterprise NBN Orders

Aussie Broadband is now extending its automated processing for NBN orders beyond residential and small business customers to include enterprise services.

The telco already processes almost 90% of its residential and small business NBN orders through automation and will become one of the first companies to provide this service to large companies, corporates and government clients.

General manager of sales Aaron O’Keeffe called the move a “game-changer”, with the company hoping to reduce the time and complexity in ordering services from the major telcos.

“We’re here to make it easy for anyone to sign up for business telco services.”

There are currently 12 service providers that offer wholesale enterprise NBN products, including Telstra, Optus and TPG.

O’Keeffe said an enterprise NBN service could be connected without a staff member needing to touch the order and according to their website, ‘technologies can be mixed and matched to meed individual office requirements for speed and flexibility’.

Thanks to Aussie Broadband’s commitment to transparency, pricing and plans will all be visible online, allowing enterprise customers to purchase products entirely online.
