LG Washing Machine Billboard Made From Wet Clothes

LG Washing Machine Billboard Made From Wet ClothesGPY&R Sydney partnered with oOh!media to create the billboard, measuring 12 x 3 metres, comprising five bed sheets, 12 bath towels, five tablecloths, eight shirts, nine t-shirts, 10 pillow cases, nine pairs of underwear, six washcloths and seven handkerchiefs.

Washed in a single load in the machine, the items were then assembled on the billboard at oOh’s fabrication warehouse, with the billboard located on Qantas Drive near the Sydney Airport international terminal.

“The amount of laundry that can be washed at one time in this machine is really impressive, so we wanted to bring this to life,” Lambro Skropidis, LG Electronics general manager of marketing, commented.

“We aimed to create a simple, impactful product demonstration that was sure to resonate with busy Aussie mums for whom laundry can be a part of their daily routine.”

A video of the making of the billboard can be viewed here.
