LG Introduces New Tone Ultra Bluetooth Headset
The successor to the Tone Ultra (HBS-800), the HBS-810 is the product of a collaboration with audio electronics company JBL, with LG stating it has been designed to “provide an enhanced audio experience”.
LG states Quad-Layer Speaker Technology delivers enhanced bass and middle-range tones, while boosting overall sound quality through optimised audio equalisation. The HBS-810 features flexible silicone gel ear pieces that fill the ear cavity, designed to provide maximum sound insulation and clearer music playback, allowing little outside interference.
Wire management technology makes the earbuds completely retractable, preventing tangled wires, while a two-way job button is designed to provide easy volume control, along with other options such as
fast-forward and rewind.
“We are excited to add another new product to our Tone Ultra portfolio, opening up more options to enjoy the ultimate sound quality that comes with a Bluetooth stereo headset,” Seo Young-jae, LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company vice president in charge of Innovative Personal Devices, commented.
“With so many premium features available at such a highly competitive price, we hope that more people will be able to experience the superior quality of our Tone Series Bluetooth headsets for themselves.”
LG states that theHBS-810 will go on sale starting in late August in the US, to be followed by key markets in Asia and Europe, with details of pricing and availability to be announced locally at the time of launch.
