Standing out in the ever-expanding smartwatch market, the Moto 360 features a classic wristwatch design, with Motorola stating the round design maximises the display area while ensuring a comfortable fit. Sporting a 1.56″ backlit LCD display with 320 x 290 resolution and 205 ppi, the Moto 360 is powered by a TI OMAP 3 processor, is equipped with 4 GB internal storage and 512 MB RAM, and comes with Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. Motorola states the Moto 360’s 320 mAh battery can last all day with mixed use. Voice control “makes it easy to get things done”, while other features include a built-in pedometer and heart rate monitor. A steel band version of the Moto 360 will also become available in early 2015, carrying a price tag of $359 RRP. |
