Aggregato operates in Australian and US markets under a number of different brands including Daybreak, OzCall, ChitChat, Say G’day, Australian Telecom and NewsPower.
M2 has previously held a 32.8 percent stake in the company. In an un-associated move, it recently acquired NZ ISP Call Plus for $246 million, but failed in a move to outbid David Teoh’s TPG to take over Perth-based ISP iiNet.
