CES 2017: Hisense Expands Air Conditioner Range

Hisense have announced a new range of air conditioners set to launch in the North American market in 2017, expanding the company’s existing range of appliances.

Alongside other new products launched by Hisense at CES 2017 including a 98-inch 8K TV, the company released details of 15 new cooling products including two cloud-based smart air conditioners.

A new line of portable air conditioners will be available in a variety of sizes from 14K to 8K BTU, along with Dehumidifiers from 100, 70, 50 and 35 pints. The portable air conditioners feature Hisense’s I-FEEL temperature to sense the surrounding temperature and connect seamlessly to the unit.

Additional features include an ultra-quiet compressor and cross-flow centrifugal fan, both new for Hisense in 2017.

Hisense’s refrigerator range in Australia received the “Most Satisfied Customers” award from Canstar Blue last year, with customers praising the reliability, quality and value-for-money of the company’s products.

Australian availability and pricing has not been announced, with more information set to be released at a later date.
