BenQ Launches Versatile Curved Monitor
BenQ has unveiled a new 31.5-inch curved monitor which the company claims will appeal to both gamers and movie enthusiasts.
The EX3200R features a 1000R curvature for what BenQ describes as a “more immersive experience for all forms of entertainment”, as well a refresh rate of 144Hz and AMD Freesync technology for smooth gameplay.
Users can also choose between standard movie and TV show frame rates, including 24, 25 and 30 frames per second, using the Video Format Support feature, which avoids distortion and displays the content as it was intended.
Cinema Mode automatically adjusts colour settings for video footage to deliver “vibrant, lifelike visuals” according to BenQ, and the EX3200R’s VA Panel is also capable of “deeper blacks” with an “impressive colour gamut”.
BenQ’s standard Eye Care features are also included on the EX3200R, including Flicker-free and Low Blue Light Technology for comfortable viewing and reduced eye fatigue.
The BenQ EX3200R is available now from most official BenQ partners, with an RRP of $699.
