The Audio Visual Revolution Begins

By Branko Miletic | Thursday | 19/06/2008

According to the MD of new AV company Audio Visual Revolution, Raffi Keverian, although the sector is highly competitive, there is plenty of room for distributors who are experienced, focused and know what they are doing.

Keverian, whose background includes working for the past 4 years for companies such Advanced Audio Australia, Dali Distribution and Kepcorp says that he set up the company as a distributor for audio maker AIG after he was impressed by not only their focus but also the size of their operations in China.

"They have some 3800 employees and a highly-focused Western management team which really impressed me", notes Keverian, who also notes that, "On average, AIG ships 200 40-foot containers per month".
The main products that Audio Visual Revolution will distribute are Quad and Wharfedale through JB-HiFi and Wow Sight and Sound, both of which Keverian says "are going gangbusters".

Quad says Keverian, is a 2-Channel specialist, making high-end electrostatic speakers whereas Wharfedale is a straight hi-fi company.
