JBL Slashes Loudspeaker Price

JBL announced that it will be reducing the price of its high performance LS Series loudspeakers.

Managing Director of JBL Home Audio distributor Convoy International, Geoff Matthews said, "Since the LS Series were launched in Australia a little over 12 months ago, they have become a fast favourite amongst critics and music lovers alike."

"With savings of up to $1200 on individual models, these premium speakers are now more accessible to audio aficionados who crave that big, dynamic ‘you are there' JBL sound," added Matthews.

The JBL LS Series has won several awards and glowing reviews all over the world, with its LS80 floorstanding speaker being named ‘Product of the Year – Loudspeaker 2008-2009' by the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA).

The JBL LS Series comprises of five models, including the EISA (European Imaging and Sound Association) award winning LS80 loudspeaker:

LS40 – Compact bookshelf loudspeaker – RRP $2,699 (was $2,999)
LS60 – Floorstanding tower speakers – RRP $4,599 (was $4,999)
LS80 – Floorstanding tower speakers – RRP $5,499 (was $6,699)
LS Centre – Dedicated centre channel loudspeaker – RRP $1,699 (was $1,999)
LS120P – 300mm (12-inch), 400-watt powered subwoofer – RRP $1,999 (was $2,199)
LS Theatre Package – RRP $11,896 (was $13,896)
