Edifier Goes After Mid Range Market

By Mike Wheeler | Friday | 26/09/2008

Canada-based speaker manufacturer Edifier has gone after consumers looking for a cost-effective pair of speakers that pack a bit of punch.

Created in part by renowned loudspeaker designer Phil Jones, Edifier's S2000V set of speakers pump out 80 Watts of power and has a 5.5-inch subwoofer with a high-strength cotton composite (HSCC) cone.

Created with premium materials and finishes, the S2000V adds versatility with its built-in amplifier, which provides great realism and impact to the sound of movies, music and video games.

Wired to an aluminum volume controller that offers precise control over settings, the S2000V also features bass and treble controls located at the rear of the active speaker.

Ideal as a home audio or premium desktop speaker system, the S2000V is a sophisticated complement to any room of the house, claims the local distributor Audion Innovasion.
