They say all good things come to those that wait, but I am unsure that phrase was meant for software updates. So for those waiting for the next service pack for Windows XP, you will have to wait a bit longer.

Originally planned for release this previous Tuesday, Microsoft has announced a delay due to a compatibility glitch with the latest XP Service Pack and Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS) - a point-of-sale and retail management software solution for retail stores.
Microsoft has said they will be ready to release XP Service Pack 3 when they are able to filter people running Microsoft Dynamics RMS from the Windows Download Center and Windows Update.
