You may have noticed from our new site that we have extended our news coverage to include both consumer technology and integration to the professional AV market and the IT industry.

We are also covering the appliance market because of a move by vendors to a new generation of technology in their devices. At the DesignEX show last week we saw new induction cooking systems and several vendors roll out new cooking systems with full touch PLC driven control pads to control the cooking process. We also saw the introduction of new "shower" automation systems for the bathroom.

During the next few weeks 4Square Media will roll out several new products including an "AUSSOMEBRANDS" initiative and SmartHouse 360 which is a major extension of the SmartHouse brand. We will also be launching Channel Intelligence which will deliver vital information to the CE, IT, AVPro and Appliance industries.
