Now, many years on, Yamaha Music continues to develop innovative AV products and has become synonymous with high performance and easily integrated components- and Len Wallis Audio still sells Yamaha products.

And according to Len Wallis, owner of Len Wallis Audio, many things have changes of the past 3 decades.
"30 years ago", says Wallis, "things were a lot simpler- the systems basically only had a turntable, receiver and speaks and maybe a cassette deck if you were lucky. Now, things area a lot more complicated".

On top of that notes Wallis, "Yamaha was our best selling brand for 27 of those 30 years and with 20 of those years making Yamaha sound equipment our top selling products".

It would also not be an understatement to suggest that with the support of Len Wallis Audio, Yamaha Music Australia has become a highly recognized brand in the AV industry.

And these days notes Wallis, the audio industry has become a lot more complex and a harder business to work in, mainly due to "the influx of IT into audio systems making fixing and diagnosing problems a lot harder than before".
