Nokia has not formally announced the device and has also declined to give any time frame as to when the proposed product might be launched.
About the only details available on the as-yet unannounced device are that it will sport a new finger touch based user interface and that it will support Java applications.
However it does seem likely that the so-called ?Tube' will be the companys first S60 Touch based device, though S60 Touch does not appear to have been specifically mentioned by the company as yet.
