Loewe flat TVs and sound components are designed to fascinate customers with their timeless aesthetics, with meaningful technology and easy operation.
APG was formed in 1996 and has grown after the acquisition of AWA Distribution and the acquisition of Sound & Vision Systems (S&VS) in New Zealand has provided APG with close to a common platform of brands in both Australia and New Zealand.
APG will take over the operating activities of the former distribution partner International Dynamics starting in January 2009.
According to APG, this move is part of a comprehensive mid-range set of measures for positioning
Loewe beyond the TV segment to make it the leading premium brand for home cinema in Europe, Asia and Australia. "We are confident that our new distributor and our attractive and individualised home cinema solutions labeled ?Made in Germany' will give us a lasting leg up in this significant market," says Ulf Kaempfer General Manager Distributors of
Loewe AG.
"APG has strong market presence and infrastructure," explains Ken Dwyer, Managing Director of APG. "'That combined with the excellent
Loewe product range and the overall guidance and support from the
Loewe AG will result in a very formidable long term partnership," continues Dwyer.
According to APG, the Oceania consumer electronics market is one of the most innovative and
Loewe expects to increase sales in Oceania slightly in the following financial year, with more robust sales and earnings growth anticipated for 2010.
