With more than 2600 service-based franchises in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK, efficient telecommunications services are critical to the Jim's Group.

"We required a mobile voice and data solution to provide our franchisees with the best tools to run their business," explained Jim's Group founder, Jim Penman.

"We seriously considered a number of service providers (including incumbent Optus) when making our decision.  Crazy John's offered the best business solutions to meet our needs, and the needs of our network of franchisees," he said.

Crazy John's National Sales Manager, George Midas said: "Crazy John's is more than just mobile phones, we are everything mobile ? access to the latest phones, mobile broadband for your laptop, wireless payment systems and much more ? all customised and integrated to the needs and requirements of the Jim's Group business and its franchisees".

With Crazy John's wireless mobile broadband proposition Jim's Group franchisees will now have the freedom to manage their business outside of their office or home, which is ideal given the ?mobile' nature of their business.

According to Crazy John's Jim's Group franchisees now enjoy access to complete service and support anywhere, anytime, by phone, personal visits by Crazy John's Business Development Managers or at one of Crazy John's 100 plus retail stores.

Penman noted that "Crazy John's delivered on its promise and now our franchisees can focus on their business and leave the mobile technology to Crazy John's".
