According to the company, the 250GB Hard Drive offers 'more freedom to download the latest demos, Xbox LIVE Arcade games, the latest titles from Xbox Movies on Demand and more straight to your Xbox 360 console.'

The 250GB hard drive was previously unavailable to purchase separately and was only available with limited bundles such as Modern Warfare 2, Final Fantasy XIII, and more recently, Splinter Cell Conviction.

The Xbox 360 250GB Hard Drive includes a data transfer kit to easily migrate all of your saved data to the new hard drive. It also comes preloaded with game demos, videos, and Xbox LIVE Arcade game trials.
