Epson has launched three new widescreen projectors aimed towards the home, education, as well as small businesses.

The Epson EB W6 projector supports a wide screen (1280 x 800) WXGA format that is ideally suited for use with all widescreen output devices such as laptops, DVD players and digital TV receivers.
It comes with an HDMI interface, SD memory card slot and USB port for automatic slide shows, auto iris function delivering up to 2000:1 contrast ratio, and inbuilt 7 watt speaker.
The EB S6, with SVGA resolution, and the EB X6, with XGA resolution, are powerful projectors with 2200 ANSI lumen brightness in high brightness mode with an auto iris that delivers a contrast ratio of up to 2000:1.
The projectors come with configured with a host of time saving features which includes: 5 second start-up, 2 second source search, 1 second auto keystone correction, automatic USB connect and display, and instant off function.
It also comes with eight preset colour modes for easy adjustment to suit your content and the viewing environment.
Epson promises an estimated life of up to 4000 hours with its 170-watt E-TORL lamp.
