The handheld DIGI Sniffer takes signal inputs from HDMI, DVI and the increasingly popular DisplayPort in any resolution and measures the incoming signal strength and degradation level on a simple array of six LEDs. The stronger the signal, the more LEDs alight.
The AV testing tool, designed for AV consultants and integrators, also supports content protected by High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) made to prevent piracy and content playback on unsupported devices.
The button-free design shuts off automatically to save power and only powers up when gripped on both sides, with the thumb and index finger touching a metal stud on each side.
