ASUS Unveils ExpertBook Ultra As AI-Powered Flagship Business Laptop
ASUS has launched the ExpertBook Ultra across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia, positioning the new device as its most advanced business laptop to date. The announcement was made at the Next Enterprise Summit 2026, attended by more than 1,000 enterprise leaders and technology industry representatives.
Designed for professionals who require high performance in a highly portable form factor, the ExpertBook Ultra weighs just 0.99kg and measures 10.9mm thick. Despite its lightweight design, the laptop incorporates up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 processor, dedicated AI processing capabilities and a 70Wh battery that ASUS claims can deliver up to 26 hours of operation.

The device features a 14-inch 3K Tandem OLED touchscreen display with a variable refresh rate of 30Hz to 120Hz and peak HDR brightness of 1,400 nits. ASUS says the display technology also reduces power consumption by up to 40 per cent compared with conventional OLED panels.
Enterprise security remains a major focus, with dual biometric authentication, a physical webcam shield, dual BIOS protection and compliance with the NIST SP 800-193 security standard. The laptop also includes ASUS’ subscription-free MyExpert AI suite, offering AI-powered meeting tools, local knowledge management and productivity features.
The ASUS ExpertBook Ultra is available now in Australia through authorised resellers, with pricing starting from $3,399 for the Intel Core Ultra 5 configuration.
