In the newly-created role, Angelucci will be responsible for driving the go-to-market activities for the Logitech brand in the region as well as driving continued growth through the channel and enhancing strategic partnerships, the company says.
"Nick has extensive experience in the IT industry and we will certainly benefit from his experience, skills and enthusiasm," said Logitech ANZ General Manager, George Saad.
Prior to joining Logitech, Angelucci worked for over seven years for Singaporean based MP3 and sound card manufacturer Creative Technology Ltd. Over the last two and half years he held the post of ANZ Sales Manager, and before that Marketing Manager.
Logitech says Angelucci is noted for relaunching the Creative brand back in to the Australian market as well as launching and growing brand recognition for the Creative MP3 player range.
"We are delighted to welcome Nick to the Logitech team. His extensive peripherals marketing experience and sound management skills will help to drive our growth and I believe he will make a valuable contribution to further strengthening our marketing initiatives," added Saad.
