Nokias Colligan Jumps Ship To Allphones

Allphones has poached Nokia?s General Manager for Australia and New Zealand Shaun Colligan as the head of its new online division.

Colligan will take up the newly created post of General Manager for eCommerce and new markets at Australia's largest independent communications retailer on August 1st.

With over 165 stores nationally Allphones says it has created the eCommerce division to complement its retail offerings.
"The mobile communications market is moving at lightning speed and Allphones sees a great untapped potential for us in the online world", said Matthew Donnellan, CEO of Allphones.

 Colligan joined Nokia in the UK in 1995 and worked for the company in the UK, Poland, Indonesia and Thailand before moving with this family to Australia in October 2004.
